Superhero in the Sky

In 2015, Robbie wrote this song for the Glynn family to honour the life and memories of their son and brother Gavin. It was never officially released, and it was only used at official events for The Gavin Glynn Foundation over the last couple of years.

At the end of 2018, Robbie decided to fine-tune the single, as both himself and John Glynn felt the single should be made available to the public to enjoy.

All proceeds of the purchase of this charity single go 100% directly to The Gavin Glynn Foundation.

“Robbie got in touch with us and said he wrote a song about Gavin. He e-mailed us the song and said “please listen and let me know what you think”.

Jayne and I listened to the song and the words just blew us away. The both of us cried with sadness and joy.

The lyrics of the song and Robbie voice were so powerful, and such an amazing tribute to our beautiful son Gavin and the legacy he has left us.

We will be forever grateful to Robbie for writing and putting this song together for our Superhero in the Sky.
